Ingredients
- whole-grain bread: 1 slice, about 50 g
- cottage cheese: 1 pack/bowl, about 150 g
- berries: 1 small bowl, about 120 g
- chia: 1 tbsp, about 10 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.
