Ingredients
- soy yogurt: 1 cup, about 200 g
- blueberries: 1 small bowl, about 100 g
- greens: 1 handful, about 40 g
- dry oats: 3-5 tbsp, about 25 g
- chia: 1 tbsp, about 10 g
Instructions
- Measure out all the ingredients by weight.
- Blend the liquid base, berries, fruit and oats until smooth.
- Check the thickness and serve right away.

Swaps
- Yogurt/kefir can be swapped for cottage cheese 150-180 g or soy yogurt 180 g.
- If you're lactose intolerant, use unsweetened plant-based yogurt in the same amount.
