- cottage cheese 5%: 1 pack/bowl, about 80 g
- avocado: 1/2 pc, about 55 g
- herbs: 1 handful, about 15 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.
