Ingredients
- plain yogurt: 1 cup, about 180 g
- nuts: 1 small handful, about 12 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.

Swaps

- If you have a nut allergy, use seeds or leave out the fatty add-in.
