Ingredients
- eggs: 2 pcs, about 50 g each
- tomatoes: 1-2 pcs, about 150 g
- herbs: 1 handful, about 30 g
- toast: 1 slice, about 35 g
Instructions
- Measure out the eggs and vegetables, and chop the vegetables.
- Cook the vegetables for 2-3 minutes in a nonstick pan.
- Add the eggs and cook covered until set.
