Ingredients
- dry oats: 3-5 tbsp, about 40 g
- pear: 1 medium, about 150 g
- plain yogurt: 1 cup, about 120 g
- nuts: 1 small handful, about 12 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.

Swaps
