- dry oats: 3-5 tbsp, about 45 g
- pear: 1 medium, about 150 g
- almonds: 1 small handful, about 15 g
- kefir: 1 cup, about 100 ml

- Cook gently: boil, bake or braise.
- Plate it up and don't add oil/sauces beyond the allowance.

Swaps
