Ingredients
- dry oats: 3-5 tbsp, about 42 g
- egg: 1 pc, about 50 g
- soy yogurt: 1 cup, about 120 g
- banana: 1 small, about 80 g
- blueberries: 1 small bowl, about 80 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.
