Ingredients
- Greek yogurt 2%: 1 cup, about 150 g
- honey: 1 tsp, about 15 g
- almonds: 1 small handful, about 10 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.

Swaps
- Yogurt/kefir can be swapped for cottage cheese 150-180 g or soy yogurt 180 g.
- If you're lactose intolerant, use unsweetened plant-based yogurt in the same amount.
- The sweet add-in can be swapped for 100 g of berries or left out.
- If your goal is weight loss, it's better not to exceed the recommended amount of honey/dates.
- Nuts can be swapped for seeds 15-20 g or peanut butter 15 g.
