Ingredients
- cottage cheese 5%: 1 pack/bowl, about 140 g
- egg: 1 pc, about 50 g
- dry oats: 3-5 tbsp, about 25 g
- berries: 1 small bowl, about 100 g
- Greek yogurt 2%: 1 cup, about 60 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.
