Ingredients
- cottage cheese: 1 pack/bowl, about 150 g
- eggs: 1 pc, about 50 g each
- whole grain flour: about 20 g
- berries: 1 small bowl, about 80 g
- 15% sour cream: about 20 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.
