Ingredients
- cottage cheese 5%: 1 pack/bowl, about 105 g
- egg: 1 pc, about 50 g
- dry oats: 3-5 tbsp, about 25 g
- pear: 1 medium, about 100 g
- walnuts: 1 small handful, about 12 g
Instructions
- Measure out a portion of the finished bake.
- Add salad and berries per the gram amounts.
- Serve as a complete meal with no added sugar.

Swaps

- If you can't have dairy: tofu 160-180 g or soy yogurt 200 g.
