Ingredients
- cottage cheese 5%: 1 pack/bowl, about 125 g
- banana: 1 small, about 100 g
- dry oats: 3-5 tbsp, about 30 g
- flaxseed: 1 tbsp, about 10 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.
