- berries: 1 small bowl, about 120 g
- honey: 1 tsp, about 8 g
- toast: 1 slice, about 45 g
Instructions
- Measure out the dairy, berries, fruit and add-ins.
- Combine in a bowl and top with nuts or seeds.
- Don't add sugar; use cinnamon if needed.

Swaps
